Symbiose is an artificial-life graphic environment representing an ecosystem. It shows various levels of a world: an area made of volcanoes, land and oceans. Biological life is represented by various types of bacteria, each able to inhabit one of the various environments. Humans are also present, symbolically represented by “QR codes” that move freely around the area, delivering personalised text messages to the spectators’ mobile phones.
Experientiæ Electricæ is a multi-professional digital creation collective, working in parallel on complementary pieces, whether in the field of art with Natacha Roussel, design with Michel Panouillot or electronics with Michael Roy.
Experientiae Electricae has carried out the following environmental projects: Pixy, a large scale, low resolution volume scattering medium, which questions the role images play in the architectural and urban space; interactive clothing and textiles, to create interconnections between elements of the body and their activities within the urban space.
